Heather Steele- Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach
Heather is available Mon to Fri from 9am to 2pm and 4:30-6pm for in person training. She is also available in the early afternoon for virtual training and nutrition appointments.

Brittany is available Saturday and Sunday for in person training and nutrition coaching. She can be available during the week on Thursday with advanced notice.

Ashley is available Mon to Fri from 2pm - 5pm for in person yoga training and stretch therapy. She is also available throughout the day for virtual yoga training.

Erin is available upon request for private pelvic floor therapy. Therapy will take place in a private room within the gym to allow you to relax in peace.
